Bryce Williams eludes tackles to score against Purdue

Throughout the offseason we will take a look at one of Minnesota's touchdowns from the 2018 season in what we are calling Touchdown Tuesday. Today, we go back to a snowy Saturday against Purdue and follow running back Bryce Williams into the end zone.

Minnesota was up 27-3 on Purdue late in the third quarter when Williams eluded a would-be tackler at the line of scrimmage, bounced off another and then zipped to the outside for a Gopher touchdown. His score padded Minnesota's lead to 34-3 and the Gophers would go on to win 41-10 against the Boilers.  Williams played in all 13 games and started two as a true freshman in 2018. He rushed 117 times for 502 yards and score four touchdowns. The Florida native also caught four passes for 64 yards last season.
