Minnesota Partners with Paciolan to Provide Additional Fan Benefits

Fans will now be able to use a mobile device to buy, scan or sell their tickets.
University of Minnesota Athletics announced today that it has partnered with industry-leader Paciolan to provide season-ticket holders, fans, and donors with expanded benefits.
Minnesota fans will now enjoy the ease of purchasing mobile tickets, receiving them via text message and gaining access to the venue with their phones. Season ticket buyers who cannot attend events will now be able to simply transfer or exchange tickets with mobile account management tools. Paciolan also partners with StubHub, allowing Minnesota fans access to the world's largest ticket marketplace so they can buy and sell verified individual game tickets in a seamless and secure environment. Advanced ticketing and fundraising features will also be integrated into GopherSports.com and the department's mobile app to elevate the customer experience.
"Partnering with Paciolan allows us to provide additional benefits for our season-ticket holders, fans and donors" said Minnesota Athletics Director Mark Coyle. "One thing our fans told us is that they wanted a more efficient ticket-management tool and Paciolan provides that. Our fans can now buy, sell and scan their tickets right from their smartphone. Paciolan will allow us to connect with our fans in a more meaningful way."
The simple shopping experience will show fans what seats are available and will also provide competition views.
Gopher score members and season ticket holders will be sent an email today with information about setting up their online account. Included will be instructions about how fans can utilize the new tools available to them prior to the 2019-20 athletic season.
Paciolan is the leading provider of ticketing, fundraising, marketing and analytics solutions for college athletics. Gopher fans will begin to see updates and changes to the ticket buying process and enhanced account management functionality throughout the spring and summer.

● Gopher Score Members can set up their new online account now. Gopher Score Members can click HERE for step by step instructions for this step. Setting up your new online account is the first step in utilizing the new features available to you.
● Season ticket renewals for Women's Soccer, Men's Hockey, Women's Hockey, Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball are available NOW.
● Football & Women's Volleyball season ticket history will be transferred once upgrades conclude in Late June.
● Gopher Score will be transferred at the conclusion of the current academic year. Updates will be provided in Late June with your score being accessible for review by early July.
In order for tickets to be eligible for transfer or StubHub direct listing, the balance for those tickets must be paid in full and the tickets must be printed. Season tickets are generally printed at the following times:
● Football & Volleyball: Late June through July
● Soccer: July
● Men's & Women's Hockey: Late July through August
● Wrestling: August
● Men's & Women's Basketball: Late August through September
● Women's Gymnastics: October
● Baseball & Softball: January
