- June 3, 2002: Current Detroit Pistons head coach JB Bickerstaff was hired as Director of Basketball Operations of the Men's Basketball program a year after finishing his playing career.
- June 3, 2018: Baseball defeated UCLA, 13-8, at sold-out Siebert Field to win the program's first regional title in 41 years.
