Redman Ties for Fourth at U.S. Senior Women's Open

SOUTHERN PINES, N.C. - Minnesota head women's golf coach Michele Redman fired the low round of the day Sunday at 3-under par 68, moving into a tie for fourth place as the United States Senior Women's Open concluded at Pine Needles Lodge and Golf Club.
The longtime professional and former LPGA Tour player, Redman (77-72-72-68—289) tied Jane Crafter at 5-over for the tournament to earn the tie for fourth place, four shots behind the winning score of 1-over par from Sweden's Helen Alfredsson.
Redman improved on her finish from the 2018 tournament at Chicago Golf Club, the inaugural iteration in which she tied for 19th (78-73-74-77—302).
