Gopher Baseball Opens Golf Event to Program Supporters

MINNEAPOLIS – As part of the upcoming Minnesota Baseball Alumni Weekend, the program will be holding a Gopher Golf Event on Saturday, September 28. The event will take place at Heritage Links Golf Club and begin at approximately 9am with a shotgun start.
Open to all supporters of the Gopher Baseball program, registration costs $65 and includes 18 holes of golf, a cart, access to the driving range and free appetizers. Prizes will also be handed out for top scores in various age brackets, as well as rewards for challenges such as closest to the pin and longest drive.
The Gopher Golf Event will be one of the flagship components of Minnesota Baseball Alumni Weekend, meaning those in attendance will likely have a great opportunity to golf and interact with some former Gopher greats.
