Gophers Add Home Game with North Dakota
9/21/2019 11:54:00 AM | Men's Basketball
The Minnesota men's basketball team will host border rival North Dakota on Sunday, November 24, head coach Richard Pitino announced Saturday. The game will be televised by Big Ten Network and tip off at 6:00 p.m. at Williams Arena.
This will be the 21st meeting between the Gophers and Fighting Hawks, and the first since 2014. Minnesota leads the all-time series, 18-2, with all but one of those games coming in Minneapolis.
The Gophers have won 12 straight matchups, with the last UND win on December 8, 1928 – the sixth Minnesota men's basketball game ever played at the historic Barn.
