Gophers to Host "Always Dreaming" Meet Against Illinois

The University of Minnesota Women's Gymnastics team will be hosting an "Always Dreaming" meet on Saturday, Jan. 25 at 6:00 p.m. when they take on Illinois at Maturi Pavilion.

Fans will be able to bring in baby rattlers, decks of cards, card games and Legos to the ticket office on the day of the meet to receive discounted admission. All donations received will be delivered to the University of Minnesota Children's Hospital.

All donations must be new, unused and unopened.

Fans who make donations at the ticket office will also receive a raffle ticket and be entered in to win a one of a kind Gopher gymnastics warmup leotard. The winner will be announced in the middle of the meet.

Camp Kesem and HopeKids will have an informational booth set up on the main concourse.

About Camp Kesem 
With over five million children impacted by their parent's cancer, Camp Kesem offers children the support they need as their family goes on the cancer journey. 

Camp Kesem offers children free summer camps with the hopes of giving them a life-changing experience, and to surround them with children who are going through similar experiences. Camp Kesem was founded at Stanford University in 2000. They have now grown to 116 chapters and are located in 42 states.

About HopeKids
HopeKids' goal is to support families who have a child with cancer or some other life-threatening medical condition. The organization does this through different activities and events, and community support, that portrays a message of hope. HopeKids was founded in 2001 and spans across five states.
