Maroon & Gold Secure 2nd Place in the Alister Mackenzie Invitational

Sonoma, Calif. – The Maroon & Gold rose to 2nd place in the Alister Mackenzie Invitational, putting together a team three-round score of 279-289-288--856. After shooting one-under par (71) in the third round, Antoine Sale tied for 3rd place in the tournament.
California took 1st place in the event, logging a team three-round score of 282-285-276—843.
Notable:
Antoine Sale capped off the tournament with four birdies in the back-9, guiding him to a score of one-under par (71) in the final round. His three-round score of 67-70-71—208 rounded out the top 3 individual scores in the tournament.
Ben Warian collected five birdies in the third round, finishing the round with a score of one-under par (71). He tied for 15th with a three-round score of 70-74-71—215.
Lincoln Johnson tallied four birdies on his path towards a score of one-over par (73) in the last round. With a three-round score of 74-71-73—218, he ended in a tie for 20th.
Harrison Arnold also tied for 20th place in the event following four birdies in the third round, closing out the final round with a score of two-over par (74). He registered a three-round score of 70-74-74—218.
Jacob Pedersen logged two birdies during his one-over par (73) performance in the last round of the Alister Mackenzie Invitational. He tied for 33rd with a three-round score of 72-75-73—220.
