Gophers Approach Final Tournament of the Fall Season

MINNEAPOLIS – The Maroon & Gold men's golf team starts the Isleworth Collegiate Invitational tomorrow. The three-day tournament will go from Oct. 23 – 25. Each day will consist of one round of golf beginning at 9 a.m. CST.

Lineup:
Representing the Gophers are senior Antoine Sale, junior Ben Warian, graduate Lincoln Johnson, graduate Jacob Pedersen, and freshman Mason Roloff.
The Field:
The other programs competing in the Isleworth Collegiate Invitational are No. 3 Auburn, No. 9 Illinois, No. 11 Florida, No. 24 Arizona, No. 28 LSU, No. 31 North Florida, No. 42 Purdue, No. 57 South Carolina, No. 72 California, No. 73 UNLV, Augusta, UCF, Utah, and West Virginia.
The Course:
The tournament will transpire at the Isleworth Golf and Country Club. The course is consistently ranked as one of the top golf courses in the nation. Arnold Palmer played an instrumental role in designing the 18-hole championship golf course, creating a challenging course that features rolling terrain and generous greens in a picturesque setting.
Looking Ahead:
The Isleworth Collegiate Invitational is the final tournament scheduled for the Fall season, leaving the Gophers with a couple of months before their first event in the Spring.
