Traffic Advisory for Friday, Nov. 4

Fans are encouraged to arrive early and take advantage of exclusive discounts on concessions and retail merchandise at women’s hockey, volleyball and men’s hockey games
The University of Minnesota is hosting three separate athletic competitions on campus on Friday, Nov. 4, as women's hockey, volleyball and men's hockey all play home games that night.
Women's hockey hosts Minnesota Duluth at 6:00 p.m., while volleyball will face Michigan at 6:30 p.m. and men's hockey drops the puck against Notre Dame at 7:00 p.m.
Fans are encouraged to plan ahead and arrive on campus at least 45 minutes prior to game time to help ensure that they will not miss a moment of action at Ridder Arena, Matrui Pavilion or 3M Arena at Mariucci. Surrounding parking lots open at 3:00 p.m. for those fans who want to arrive extra early.
Fans who do not already heave a parking pass for Friday should park in one of the following event lots: Ski-U-Mah, Victory, Minnesota or Gateway or garages/ramps: Church Street Garage, Nolte Center Garage or at Washington Avenue Ramp.
Fans who will be parking in the Ski-U-Mah, Victory, Minnesota or Gateway lots are encouraged to enter campus via I-94, exit at Huron Blvd, and continue on Huron as it turns into 23rd Ave., where signs are posted for parking.
Fans who will be parking in the Washington Avenue Ramp or Church Street and Nolte Center garages can enter campus by way of 35W, exit at University, and turn right on Church St./17th Ave. to park.
Gopher Athletics will also be offering exclusive discounts on concessions and retail merchandise at events on Friday night to encourage fans to arrive early to Ridder Arena, Maturi Pavilion and 3M Arena at Mariucci. In each venue, fans will be able to purchase select candy for $2, popcorn for $3, and 16 oz. fountain Coca-Cola products for $3 at any Snack Shack concession stand while supplies last. Merchandise in the Golden Gophers Fan Shop will also be discounted 10% during the women's hockey, volleyball and men's hockey games.
