Gophers Announce Four-Game Televised Slate for 2023-24 Season

MINNEAPOLIS – The Golden Gopher women's hockey team and the WCHA have announced a four-game television partnership with FOX 9+ throughout regular and postseason play. An extension of Twin Cities-based FOX 9 station, FOX 9+ includes a slate of four regular season games, along with the 2024 WCHA Final Faceoff at Ridder Arena.
Friday, Oct. 13: Minnesota at St. Thomas - 4:00 p.m. CT
Saturday, Nov. 4: Minnesota at Minnesota State - 4:00 p.m. CT
Saturday, Jan. 20: Minnesota at Bemidji State - 3:00 p.m. CT
Saturday, Jan. 27: Minnesota at Minnesota State - 2:00 p.m. CT
Friday, March 8: WCHA Final Faceoff Semifinal Game 1 - 1:00 p.m. CT / WCHA Final Faceoff Semifinal Game 2 - 4:30 p.m. CT
Saturday, March 9: WCHA Final Faceoff Championship Game - 2:00 p.m. CT
"At FOX 9+, we're passionate about delivering more live local sports to Minnesota fans. We are excited to expand our partnership with the WCHA as we bring viewers in the 'State of Hockey' even more games this season. It's an honor to grow the showcasing of the best college women's hockey conference in the country," SVP/General Manager, Marian Davey said.
WCHA Commissioner Tracy Dill added, "We are very excited to continue our relationship with FOX9+ and provide our fans with an opportunity to follow the nation's premier women's college hockey conference throughout the 2023-24 season. The coverage provided by FOX9+ will help us highlight the excellence on ice that has been synonymous with this league as we celebrate 25 seasons of women's hockey competition in the WCHA this winter."
The regular-season slate on FOX 9+ includes road matchups against St. Thomas, Minnesota State and Bemidji State. Following the regular season, FOX 9+ is set to broadcast the 2024 WCHA Final Faceoff, including semifinal games on Friday, March 8 and the WCHA Championship on Saturday, March 9.
FOX 9+, your ticket to local sports, is an extension of FOX 9 and can be found on Comcast channel 10/807, DirecTV channel 29, DISH channel 29, Spectrum channel 10, Mediacom channel 10/803, and Over-The-Air channel 9.2. In addition, FOX 9+ can be streamed through Hulu with Live TV, Sling TV, fuboTV, and YouTube TV.
All WCHA home games throughout the season can be streamed on the Big Ten Network streaming platform B1G+, with an annual pass starting at just $49.99. Fans can also access the FOX 9+ televised games with their streaming packages.
