Gophers to Compete in 2024 Shriners Children's Clearwater Invitational

Minnesota joins a loaded 16-team field
MINNEAPOLIS - The University of Minnesota softball team has announced it will compete at the Shriners Children's Clearwater Invitational from Friday, Feb. 16 through Sunday, Feb. 18, presented by EvoShield.
The Golden Gophers join a loaded 16-team field and will compete against Washington, Georgia Tech, Stanford, Georgia, and LSU. All games will be played at Eddie C. Moore Complex streamed by ESPN, tickets will go on sale at a later date.
This year's field also includes Florida State, Kentucky, North Carolina, Northwestern, Oklahoma State, Tennessee, Texas, UCF, UCLA, and Wisconsin.
Minnesota will announce its full 2024 conference and non-conference schedule at a later date.
The Golden Gophers finished the 2023 season with a 38-19 record and third place finish in the Big Ten. Minnesota made its 17th, and 10th-straight, NCAA Appearance at the Seattle Regional.
