Gopher Men's Basketball TV Times and Network Broadcasts Announced

The Big Ten Conference and the University of Minnesota men's basketball program have announced game times and broadcast information for the 2024-25 season. The Golden Gophers start the year with an exhibition game on Oct. 19, while the regular season begins on Nov. 6 vs. Oral Roberts. 

Minnesota will be on Big Ten Network at least 15 times this season, followed by Peacock producing five games and FS1 with four. The Golden Gophers will be streamed on B1G+ for the two exhibition games vs. Bemidji State and Hamline (Oct. 29), as well as home games vs. Oral Roberts (Nov. 6), North Texas (Nov 13), Central Michigan (Nov. 25) and Bethune-Cookman (Dec. 1). Minnesota's Nov. 9 game vs. Omaha will be on Peacock. The contest vs. Yale is to be determined on Nov. 16 and will be either streamed or broadcast live on Big Ten Network. 

The Gophers' first linear contest takes place on Nov. 19, when Minnesota hosts Cleveland State. That game will be played at 6 p.m. and broadcast on the Big Ten Network. Minnesota's ESPN Events Invitational Tournament will be televised on ESPN Networks. The 11 a.m. CT Thanksgiving game against Wichita State will be shown on ESPN2, while the time and network of the game on Nov. 29 will be determined based on Thursday's outcome. 

From the Big Ten opener through the remainder of the year, the Gophers will be featured on BTN, Peacock or FS1. Minnesota opens the conference campaign against the Michigan State Spartans on Dec. 4 at 7:30 p.m. on Big Ten Network. Back-to-back games in January boast the Gophers on FS1 against Purdue (Jan. 4) and Ohio State (Jan. 6). The other games on FS1 include the Jan. 16 home game vs. Michigan (6 p.m. start) and at UCLA at 9:30 p.m. CT. 

Minnesota's Peacock broadcasts include the following: Nov. 9 vs. Omaha (2:30 p.m.), the Dec. 29 game vs. Morgan State (1 p.m.), the Jan. 10 game at Wisconsin (6 p.m.), the Jan. 28 game at Michigan State (7 p.m.) and the Feb. 25 home game vs. Northwestern (6 p.m.).
