Ante fell to Oklahoma's Barakat Quadre in a hard-fought Round of 32 match, 6-3, 0-6, 2-6. Kocevar later fell 2-6, 2-6 to Oklahoma's Gloriana Nahum.

With those losses, the Golden Gophers wrapped up the 2025 ITA Central Regional Championships.

Six players competed this weekend, with Kocevar leading the way with three singles wins and two doubles victories.

Quote from Coach Arterberry
"We made strong progress compared to previous years, with three players in the main draw and one advancing from qualifying," head coach Lois Arterberry said. "Anali stood out with three singles wins and solid doubles play alongside Mia. Jeselle also impressed, battling a tough Oklahoma opponent to a third set. Overall, I'm really pleased with the team's effort and growth, and it shows their steady improvement and commitment to the process."
