AMES, Iowa. - The University of Minnesota tennis program secured its third win of the spring, defeating Iowa State 4-3 in Ames, Iowa.

Quote from Coach Arterberry
"Today, we believed in ourselves—and it showed," head coach Lois Arterberry said. "We executed everything we've been working on over the past few weeks against a tough opponent, and the team fought with heart until the very end. Our focus on the mental game and refining our routines is starting to pay off. Even though we're not at 100% physically, our determination carried us through. We had a strong doubles performance, an area we've been improving, and securing the doubles point was key to our 4-3 victory. Now, we'll keep our heads down and keep working. We're excited for our season opener against Mizzou, Colorado State, and St. Thomas—come out and support!"
