The Gophers will face the Spartans on Saturday afternoon
MINNEAPOLIS - The University of Minnesota women's basketball team (20-9, 8-9 B1G) hits the road for its final regular season game of the year at Michigan State (20-8, 10-7 B1G) on Saturday at 1 p.m. CT. The game will be streamed live on B1G+ while Justin Gaard and Lynnette Sjoquist will broadcast the game on KFAN+.

- On 10 occasions, four have scored in double figures. (Nebraska, Prairie View A&M, UMass Lowell, Illinois, Houston, Rutgers, Maryland, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Oregon).
- Sophie Hart (22 points) and Grace Grocholski (27 points) combined for 49 points at Purdue. It's the second time this season two Gophers have scored 20 or more points in a game. Against Vermont (Nov. 8, 2024) Mara Braun and Amaya Battle both had 21 points apiece.
- Grocholski earned Big Ten Weekly Honor Roll recognition for her performance, while Hart set a Minnesota team high in field goals made (11) and set her career high in points.
- Following Minnesota's win over the Boilermakers, it marked the first time since 2017-18 and 2018-19 that Minnesota has recorded back-to-back 20 win seasons. Notably, it was the 10th time as a head coach that Dawn Plitzuweit has won 20 or more games in her career.
