Colorado Springs, Colo. -- USA Volleyball announced the 18 athletes who have been selected to prepare for the 2025 FIVB Girls U19 World Championship, set to take place from July 2-13 in Osijek, Croatia, and Vrnjacka Banja, Serbia. The U.S. will compete in Pool C alongside teams from Turkey, Bulgaria, Poland, Peru and Spain.

Minnesota head coach Keegan Cook will lead the group while freshmen Jordan Taylor (Middle Blocker; Houston, Texas) and Kelly Kinney (Outside; West Palm Beach, Fla.) will compete. Taylor enrolled in January with Minnesota while Kinney will be in Dinkytown this summer to train with the team.

The U.S. Girls U19 National Team is the reigning world champion, having won the event in 2023.

The first training block for the U19 National Team will be June 1-7 in Colorado Springs. At the end of training, 12 athletes will be selected for the final competition roster, and they will have a second phase of preparation in the Netherlands, from June 26-30, 2025.

"I'm thrilled to be able to announce the USA U19 National Team as we prepare to compete in the 2025 World Championship," head coach Keegan Cook said. "This year's roster includes an ideal mix of returning athletes alongside some exciting new faces making their international debut. It's a physical group with unique positional flexibility, both of which will help us compete against the best teams in the world. Go USA!"
