Cook, Kinney and Taylor Set for U19 Team Competition Tomorrow

The team will play five pool play matches from July 2-7
Osijek, Croatia -- Minnesota head coach Keegan Cook will lead Team USA at the 2025 FIVB Girls U19 World Championships, set to take place from July 2-13 in Osijek, Croatia, and Vrnjacka Banja, Serbia. The 12-athlete team features two Golden Gophers, freshmen Kelly Kinney (West Palm Beach, Fla.) and Jordan Taylor (Houston, Texas).
The U.S. will begin competition tomorrow in Pool C alongside teams from Türkiye, Bulgaria, Poland, Peru and Spain. They'll partake in five group play matches from July 2-7 before the knockout stage begins on July 8 in Serbia. The knockout stage will consist of four rounds (16 teams).
