2018 Indoor • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Ran five races • ran a career-best 17:09.88 in the 5,000m to place 19th at the ISU Classic • ran a season-best 5:19.90 in the mile at the UST Invite • ran a season-best 10:16.85 in the 3,00m at the Parents Day Invite.

2018 Outdoor • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Named Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and Academic All-Big Ten • ran five races • recorded a career-best 5,000m time of 17;27.03 to place fourth at the Hamline Twilight • ran a season-best time of 10:18.59 to place fourth at the Janis Rider Invite • ran a season-best 36:54.70 in the 10,000m at the Raleigh Relays.

2016 Cross Country • Sophomore Season: Named Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and Academic All-Big Ten honoree • ran in six meets this season • finished among the top seven Gophers at all six meets • recorded a personal-best 6K time of 21:20.9 at the NCAA Midwest Regional, placing 53rd overall at the fifth Gopher • ran a career-best 5K time of 17:49.3 at the Notre Dame Invitational • led Minnesota in the open race at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational in 11th place overall (21:45.1) • finished 48th overall as the sixth Gopher at the B1G Championship • ended the season ranked 37th on Minnesota’s all-time top-50 6K performers list (21:20.9).

2017 Indoor • Redshirt Freshman Season: Ran seven races with appearances in the mile, 3,000m, 5,000m, and 4x400m relay • ran career-best times in the 3,000m (10:00.47) and 5,000m (17:22.28).

2017 Outdoor • Redshirt Freshman Season:Ran five races, including three appearances in the 10,000m • made Big Ten debut, placing 21st in the 10,000m in a career-best 35:50.82 • ran a career-best 17:34.77 in the 5,000m to place third at the Hamline Twilight • ran a season-best 4:49.67 in the 1,500m at the Holst Invitational.

2015 Cross Country • Freshman Season: Ran unattached at two races before making collegiate debut at the Greater Louisville Classic 5K, placing 92nd as the sixth Gopher in 18:03.7 • ran a season-best 21:25.8 as the seventh Gopher in 51st place overall at the Big Ten Championship • finished as the seventh Gopher in 160th overall at Wisconsin adidas Invitational (21:32.6) • placed 63rd as the sixth Gopher at the Midwest Regional in her NCAA debut (21:39.6) • finished sixth on the team in 219th overall in her NCAA Championship debut (21:55.8) • ran seven races total.

2016 Indoor • Freshman Season: Ran five races while competing unattached.

High School: A 2015 graduate of East Ridge High School where she ran for coaches Chad Cronin and Lloyd Ness • a 12-time athletic letterwinner for the Raptors, including five letters in cross country, four in track & field and three in Nordic skiing • led East Ridge to five-straight top-eight team finishes at the Minnesota Class AA State Cross Country Championship, including a runner-up team showing as a junior • earned two top-10 individual showings at the state cross country meet, placing fifth in 14:30 as a junior and finishing ninth in 14:19 as a senior • two-time section champion in cross country • three-time all-state honoree in cross country • team placed 19th at 2013 Nike Cross Nationals after earning a national berth with a runner-up showing at the Nike Cross Heartland Regional • placed 15th individually at the Nike Cross Heartland Regional in 2013 • individually placed 10th and finished fifth as a team at the 2014 Nike Cross Heartland Regional • four-time All-Suburban East Conference honoree in both cross country and track & field • earned all-state honors on the track in 2012 and 2015 • four-time Minnesota Class AA State Track & Field Championship participant, including placing ninth in the 3,200m and 15th in the 4x800m relay as a senior • 4x800m relay finished fifth as a freshman • Suburban East Conference champion in the 3,200m and took 12th in the 3,200m (10:59) at the state meet as a sophomore • owns high school personal best times of 2:21 in the 800m, 5:18 in the 1,600m, 10:59 in the 3,200m on the track • holds East Ridge High School cross country record in the 5k at 18:02 • academic all-state honoree.
