2016 Season -- Indoor: Named team captain - competed at six meets, including three appearances in the pentathlon - scored a career-best 3,749 points to then rank third in Minnesota history and place fourth in the pentathlon at the Jack Johnson Classic - placed seventh in the Big Ten pentathlon with 3,667 points - pentathlon runner-up at the CSS Opener with 3,497 points - cleared a career-best 1.69m (5-06.50) in high jump at the Jack Johnson Classic - set season bests of 2:30.19 in the 800m, 5.16m (16-11.25) in long jump, and 12.39m (40-07.75) in shot put at the Jack Johnson Classic - ran a season-best 8.88 in the 60m hurdles during the Big Ten pentathlon.
2016 Season -- Outdoor: Named CoSIDA Academic All-America Third Team, CoSIDA Academic All-District, USTFCCCA All-Academic team honoree, Big Ten Distinguished Scholar, and Academic All-Big Ten honoree - competed at four meets, including two appearances in the heptathlon - tied for 14th in high jump with a season-best jump of 1.71m (5-07.25) and did not finish the heptathlon after fouling all three javelin attempts at the Big Ten Championship - set career bests in the 200m (24.51) and 100m hurdles (14.20) at the Rock Chalk Classic - scored a season-best 5,034 in the heptathlon at the California Invite, setting career bests in the 800m (2:24.13) and shot put (12.62m, 41-05.00) along with a season-best throw of 25.90m (84-11) in javelin.
2015 Season -- Indoor: Named team captain - set career-best marks in three of five pentathlon events - scored season-best 3,663 points in the pentathlon for sixth place at Big Tens - took eighth in the pentathlon (3,109) at the Jack Johnson Classic - posted career-bests in the 800m (2:28.97) and shot put (12.61m, 41-04.50) and tied her career best in high jump (1.68m) at Big Tens - recorded season-best of 8.82 in the 60m hurdles and 4.88m in the long jump at the Minnesota Open.
2015 Season -- Outdoor: Named USTFCCCA All-Academic team honoree, Big Ten Distinguished Scholar, and Academic All-Big Ten honoree - competed in the heptathlon at two meets, including recording a career-best 5,088 points to finish fourth at the Big Ten Championship - ended the season ranked fifth in program history in the heptathlon (5,088 points) - set career-best marks in the 200m (24.70), 800m (2:27.12), high jump (1.73m, 5-08.00), and shot put (12.25m, 40-02.25) along with heptathlon career-best (5,088 points) - had season-bests of 14.44 in the 100m hurdles, 5.03m (16-06.00) in long jump, and 31.43m (103-01) in javelin - placed sixth in the heptathlon (5,062 points) at the Virginia Challenge.
2014 Season - Indoor: Named team captain - set then-career best marks in all five pentathlon events - scored career-best 3,669 points in the pentathlon for the sixth-best score in Gopher history and placed fifth at the Bill Bergan Invite - finished eighth in the pentathlon at Big Tens with 3,641 points, setting career-bests in 800m (2:30.93) and shot put (41-02.50, 12.56m) - ran Gophers' all-time seventh-best 100m hurdle time (8.78) at Iowa State Classic - recorded career-bests in high jump (5-06.00, 1.68m) and long jump (17-03.25, 5.26m) at Bill Bergan Invite.
2014 Season - Outdoor: Named USTFCCCA All-Academic team honoree, Big Ten Distinguished Scholar, and Academic All-Big Ten honoree - competed at six meets - finished fifth in the heptathlon at Big Ten Championships with a career-best 5,057 points to rank fifth all-time in Gopher history - recorded career-best marks in the 200m (24.77), shot put (38-11.50, 11.87m) and javelin (105-9, 32.24m) at Big Tens - ran season-best 800m time of 2:29.95 at Big Tens - finished fifth in the 100m hurdles in a career-best 14.33 at Musco Twilight, moving into ninth all-time in Minnesota history - tied her career-best in high jump at Musco Twilight, tying for seventh with a leap of 5-05.00 (1.65m) - placed 13th in long jump with a career-best jump of 17-09.00 (5.41m) at UC San Diego.
2013 Season - Indoor: Tied for 11th in high jump at the Big Ten championships, clearing 5-6 to tie the best jump on the team during the indoor season - also finished 14th in the pentathlon (2,907 points) - set then-personal records in three events at Big Tens - best pentathlon score of 3,390 came at the Iowa State Classic - won the pentathlon shot put at the Jack Johnson Classic.
2013 Season - Outdoor: Named Big Ten Distinguished Scholar - finished eighth in the heptathlon at the Big Ten Championships with the seventh-best point total in school history (4,916) - set PRs in five of seven events there - also competed in high jump at the Big Ten meet - finished third in the heptathlon at the Kansas Relays, highlighted by runner-up finishes in the 800m and shot put - second in the 100m hurdles at the Hamline Invite.
2012 Season: Redshirted the indoor and outdoor track & field seasons.
High School: A 2011 graduate of Eastview High School - high school coach was JorJean Fischer - two-time all-conference champion in the triple jump (2009, 2010) - conference champion in the triple jump her senior year - two-time conference champion in the 100m (2009, 2010) - four-time all-conference honoree (2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011) - four-time all-state honoree (2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011) - holds high school record for the 100m, triple jump, 4x100m and 4x200m - all-conference forward in basketball - lettered in track & field, basketball and soccer.
Personal: Born on November 4, 1992 - completed undergraduate degree in nursing - completing graduate certificate in integrative therapies & healing practices - daughter of Jon and Wendy Beckman - twin sister Amanda is also a member of the Gophers' track & field team - has two other siblings, Danny and Molly - hobbies include lifeguarding and spending time with family.
