2013 Season - Outdoor: Finished 17th in the 400m at the NCAA West Preliminary Round (53.81) ? Big Ten runner-up in the 400m in 53.91 ? in 400m prelims, posted the second-fastest time in school history (53.72) ? won the 400m at the Viking Classic ? a member of the Gophers' 4x400m relay ? Academic All-Big Ten honoree.

2012 Season - Indoor: Competed at the Big Ten Championships, running the open 400m in then the ninth-best time in school history (56.08) ? also competed in the 4x400m relay and distance medley relay at the Big Ten Championships ? placed fifth at the Iowa State Classic in the 400m (56.55) ? ran her best time in the 200m (25.74) at the Holiday Inn Invitational.

2012 Season - Outdoor: Led off the Gophers' 4x400m relay at the NCAA West Preliminary Round ? led off the 4x400m relay that finished seventh at the Big Ten Championships with the fourth-best time in Minnesota history ? ran the school's fifth-best 400m time in the Big Ten prelims (54.60) ? finished second in the 400m at the Arkansas Invitational (54.67) ? part of second-place 4x400m teams at the Bulldog Invitational and Arkansas Invitational, and the third-place relay at the Steve Scott Invitational.

2011 Season - Indoor: Competed in the 60m at the Minnesota Open and placed ninth (8.12) ? ran an 8.13 at the Jack Johnson Classic ? ran at the Iowa State Classic in the 200m and finished in 25.96 ? ran a 27.10 at the Jack Johnson Classic.

2011 Season - Outdoor: Placed first and ran a season-best time of 56.63 in the 400m at the Macalester Invite ? ran a 56.69 at the Big Ten Championships in the 400m ? took first with a time of 56.74 at the Tommie Twilight ? competed at the Tommie Twilight in the 200m and finished third (25.43) ? competed in the Musco Twilight and finished seventh (25.81) in the 200m ? won the 200m at the Macalester Rider Invitational with a time of 25.55.

2010 Season: Redshirted the indoor and outdoor seasons.

High School: A 2009 Watertown-Mayer graduate ? high school coach was Dan Hanson ? Minnesota Class A state champion in 2006 in the 100m, 200m and 400m ? state champion in 2007 in the 100m, 200m and 4x100m relay ? helped team claim state title as a sophomore ? all-conference in the 100m and 200m in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2009; the 400m in 2006; the 4x100m relay in 2007; and high jump in 2009 ? all-state in 2006 and 2007 ? All-American in 2005, 2006 and 2007 ? set school records in the 100m, 200m, 400m, and 4x100m relay ? lettered in track (4), swimming (5), and gymnastics (5) ? received Academic Achievement Award.
