2010 Season - Indoor:Competed in five meets • led off the Gophers[apos] 4x400m relay that placed fifth at the Big Ten meet • also competed in the 400 meters at Conference meet • clocked best 400m time of 56.83 seconds at Meyo Invitational • ran first leg of the 4x400m relay that finished fourth at the Iowa State Classic with the fourth-fastest relay time in school history (3:42.74).Outdoor:NCAA Preliminary Round competitor • advanced to the NCAA Quarterfinals (1:01.09) • ran a time of 59.72 seconds in NCAA First Round • placed fifth in the Big Ten Championships (59.65) • won the Musco Twilight Meet title with a career-best time of 59.60, the fifth-fastest time in school history • anchored the 4x400-meter relay that placed fifth in Big Ten meet • ran the third leg of the 4x200-meter relay that finished fourth at the Drake Relays with a school-record time of 1:36.93 • Academic All-Big Ten honoree • earned second varsity letter.
