Minnesota's Big Ten Sportsmanship honoree • Academic All-Big Ten • saw action in the Oral Roberts win • had two aces and one dig against Iowa.

2018 - JUNIOR SEASON:
Academic All-Big Ten selection • Big Ten Distinguished Scholar Athlete • played in four sets and had seven digs • made her collegiate debut in the North Dakota State match and also saw action during the Diet Coke Classic • added five digs against Green Bay.

2017 - SOPHOMORE SEASON:
Academic All-Big Ten selection.

2016 - FRESHMAN SEASON:
Did not participate in matches.

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB:
Played at Greendale High School and the Milwaukee Sting club team • helped Greendale High School to its first state tournament appearance since 1979 • named a second-team all-state as a senior and a two-time Conference Player of the Year • all-state honorable mention as a junior • four-time all-conference honoree, played as an outside and a setter with Greendale • posted 1,149 kills, 280 aces, 506 assists and 829 digs during her Panthers tenure • with the Sting, aided the team to top AAU finishes in 2015 and 2013 and was on the Badger Region High Performance Team in 2013 • 2015 AAU Academic All-American • garnered the 2015 JVA Athleader Award • finished third at USAV 18 Open Nationals.

PERSONAL:
Daughter of Steve and Kathy Litzau • has three younger siblings, Danielle, Kayce and Nick • mom, Kathy, played volleyball at Notre Dame • majoring in biochemistry • graduated from Greendale in 2016 • played in the orchestra (cello), was also a member of FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America), math team, National Honor Society and Student Council.
