2017 Cross Country • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten • ran six races • ran a career-best 6K time of 22:14.5 as the seventh Gopher in 14th overall at Jack’s Run • led the Gophers in 11th overall at the Blugold Invite (22:34.5) • placed 77th overall as the sixth Gopher in the open race at the Wisconsin Nuttycombe Invite (23:03.4).

2018 Indoor • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Ran four races • ran a career-best 2:12.66 in the 800m at the Power Five Invite • ran a season-best 4:58.20 in the mile at the Larry Wieczorek Invite • anchored the runner-up 4x400m relay team at The Dual.

2016 Cross Country • Redshirt Freshman Season: Ran in three meets • made collegiate debut at the Tori Neubauer Invitational, finishing 30th overall and fourth on the team in 23:37.48 • recorded a career-best 6K time of 23:10.0 at Jack’s Run.

2017 Indoor • Redshirt Freshman Season: Ran seven races • made Big Ten Championship debut with a 12th-place finish in the mile in a career-best 4:55.02 • ran a career-best 2:18.40 in the 800m as runner-up at the St. Thomas Invite • ran a career-best 10:34.97 in the 3,000m at the Minnesota Open.

2017 Outdoor • Redshirt Freshman Season: Ran seven races • placed 21st in the 1,500m (4:40.44) at the Big Ten Championship • ran a career-best 2:14.19 to place third in the 800m at the Kip Janvrin Open • ran a career-best 4:35.45 in the 1,500m and ran on third-place 4x800m relay (9:01.41) at the Raleigh Relays • led off sixth-place 4x1600m relay (19:40.84) at the Drake Relays.
