    • Reached the finals by majoring Lehigh's No. 4 Owen Trephan but fell to Oklahoma State's No. 2 Wyatt Hendrickson in the closing seconds of the championships match

  • Went undefeated for the second-straight season, collecting a 17-0 mark in his junior season

2019-20 • SOPHOMORE
  • Went a perfect 15-0 in his sophomore season at heavyweight
  • Top-seed for the NCAA Championships at heavyweight prior to the tournament's cancellation
  • Was named an NWCA First Team All-American at heavyweight
  • 2020 Big Ten Heavyweight Champion, defeating Mason Paris (Michigan) 6-0 in the final
  • Finished second-straight regular season undefeated, this time 12-0 in duals
