2021 Indoor Track & Field • Redshirt Senior Season: Competed at five meets, including two appearances in the pentathlon • scored a season-best 3,569 points to place seventh in the pentathlon and tied for 19th in high jump at the Big Ten Indoor Championships • recorded season bests in shot put (11.06m, 36-03.50) and the 800m (2:29.11) during the B1G pentathlon • ran a season-best 9.13 in the 60m hurdles at the Hawkeye B1G Invitational • cleared a season-best 1.70m (5-07.00) in high jump at both the Hawkeye Border Battle and Husker Triangular • recorded a season-best mark of 5.24m (17-02.25) to place third in long jump at the Hawkeye Border Battle.

2019 Indoor Track & Field • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Competed at seven meets, including three appearances in the pentathlon • scored a season-best 3,581 points to place 13th in the pentathlon and tied for fifth in high jump (1.68m, 5-06.00) at the Big Ten Championship • recorded a career-best mark of 11.54m (37-10.50) in the B1G pentathlon shot put • cleared a season-best 1.70m (5-08.75) to tie for seventh in high jump at the Wieczorek Invite.

2019 Outdoor Track & Field • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten • letterwinner • competed at seven meets, including seven appearances in high jump • posted career bests in the heptathlon at the Jim Click Shootout in the 100m hurdles (15.01), long jump (5.09m, 16-08.50), and shot put (10.77m, 35-04.00) but did not finish the heptathlon • cleared a career-best 1.71m (5-07.25) as high jump runner-up at the Tommie Twilight • tied for 15th in high jump at the Big Ten Championship.

2018 Indoor Track & Field • Redshirt Freshman Season: Competed at five meets with three appearances in the pentathlon • scored a career-best 3,851 points to place fourth in the pentathlon at the Power Five Invite • set career bests in high jump (1.75m, 5-08.75) and long jump (5.43m, 17-09.75) in the Power Five pentathlon • placed ninth in the pentathlon (3,711) and high jump (1.70m, 5-07.00) at the Big Ten Championship • set career bests in the 60m hurdles (9.08), 800m (2:22.09), and shot put (11.41m, 37-05.25) in the B1G pentathlon • ended the season ranked fourth in the pentathlon (3,851 points) and seventh in high jump (1.75m, 5-08.75) among all-time Gophers.

2018 Outdoor Track & Field • Redshirt Freshman Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten • letterwinner • competed at four meets with three appearances each in high jump and javelin • made Big Ten Outdoor Championship debut with a 14th-place finish in javelin (40.90m, 134-02) and did not clear a height in high jump • tied her career-best mark of 1.65m (5-05.00) in high jump at the Beach Invite • threw a season-best 41.91m (137-06) as javelin runner-up at Louisville.

2017 Indoor Track & Field • Freshman Season: Competed unattached at six meets, including two appearances in the pentathlon at the SDSU Holiday Open and the Jack Johnson Classic.

2017 Outdoor Track & Field • Freshman Season: Competed unattached at six meets, including a runner-up finish in lone heptathlon appearance at the CSB-SJU Invite/Heptathlon.

High School: A 2016 graduate of Red River High School in Grand Forks, N.D., where she competed for coaches Tracey Heisler, Tim Delmore, and Tim Tandeski • three-sport letterwinner for the Roughriders, earning six letters in track & field along with being a three-year letterwinner in volleyball and four-year letterwinner in basketball • 14-time North Dakota Class A State Track & Field Championship participant in high jump, javelin, and the 4x400m relay • six-time state meet qualifier in high jump, placing fourth as a seventh-grader (4-11) and an eighth-grader (5-02), third as a freshman (5-01), and seventh as a junior (5-01) and winning state titles as a sophomore (5-03) and senior (5-06) • five-time state meet qualifier in javelin, winning back-to-back titles as a freshman (139-03) and sophomore (139-08) and placing fifth as an eighth-grader (112-11), third as a junior (133-05), and second as a senior (139-05) • earned three top-seven state meet finishes with the 4x400m relay team, placing fourth as a freshman (4:07), second as a sophomore (4:04), and seventh as a senior (4:08) • three-year all-state and All-Eastern Dakota Conference honoree • five-time Eastern Dakota Conference champion in high jump (2014, 2016), javelin (2013, 2014), and 4x400m relay (2014) • missed most of her junior season due to injury • named Eastern Dakota Conference Track & Field Athlete of the Year and Grand Forks Herald Female Athlete of the Year • owns high school personal-best marks of 5-07 in high jump and 141-03 in javelin • two-time javelin participant at USATF Junior Outdoor Track & Field Championships, placing 16th in 2013 and 2014 • three-time all-conference honoree and two-time MVP in basketball, ending her career as the Roughriders all-time assists leader.
