2022 Indoor Track & Field • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Competed in seven meets for the Gophers indoors, throwing both the shot put and the weight in all seven competitions • Posted career bests in both events during the season, setting her new lifetime best in the shot put at the Midwest Invite at 15.69m (51-5 3/4) and throwing 18.43m (60-5 3/4) in the weight throw at the Gopher Classic to finish 3rd • Finished 15th in the weight throw at the Big Ten Championships and 24th in the shot put.

2022 Outdoor Track & Field • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Qualified for the NCAA West Regionals in the Shot Put for the first time in her career, finishing 29th overall • Finished 12th in the shot put at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships in Minneapolis with a personal best of 15.72m (51-7) • Finished in the top 10 between the hammer and shot put 10 different times during the season between the shot put and hammer • Posted a lifetime best in the hammer at the Big Ten Championships, tossing a mark of 52.19m (171-2) to finish 12th.

2021 Indoor Track & Field • Redshirt Freshman Season: Competed in shot put and weight throw at six meets • made B1G debut, placing 17th in shot put with a career-best throw of 14.43m (47-04.25) and placing 17th in weight throw (16.94m, 55-07.00) at the Big Ten Indoor Championships • recorded a career-best throw of 17.75m (58-03.00) to finish fourth in weight throw at the Husker Triangular.

2021 Outdoor Track & Field • Redshirt Freshman Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten honoree • competed in discus, hammer throw, and shot put at three meets • recorded career-best marks in discus (42.97m, 140-11) and hammer throw (49.76m, 163-03) at the B1G Florida Invite • recorded a career-best throw of 15.16m (49-09.00) in shot put at the Husker B1G Invitational.

2020 Indoor Track & Field • Freshman Season: Competed unattached at five meets • indoor season ended on March 12, 2020, when the Big Ten and NCAA announced they were ceasing competitions and championships because of COVID-19 public health concerns.

High School: A 2019 graduate of Alexandria Area High School where she competed for coaches Mary Byrne, Wendy Kohler, Julie Hatlestad, Ty Granning, and Meghan Orgeman • three-sport letterwinner for the Cardinals, earning five letters in track & field, four in volleyball, and four in basketball • two-time all-state and four-time Central Lakes all-conference honoree in track & field • four-time Minnesota Class AA State Championship qualifier in shot put with one state meet appearance in discus • finished as state runner-up in shot put with a throw of 42-04.50 and took third in discus at the 2019 Minnesota Class AA State Championship as a senior • placed third in shot put with a throw of 42-04.25 at the state meet as a junior in 2018 • finished 11th as a sophomore and 10th as a freshman in the state shot put competition • four-time Central Lakes Conference champion in shot put (2017 and 2019) and discus (2018 and 2019) • two-time Alexandria Most Valuable Field Athlete award recipient • holds Central Lakes Conference record and Alexandria school record in shot put • part of Alexandria’s state champion team as a freshman and state runner-up team as a senior • helped Alexandria to three-consecutive Central Lakes Conference and section titles as a freshman, sophomore, and junior • five-time academic all-state honoree, academic gold award recipient, and CLC Scholar Athlete Honor Roll member • owns high school personal bests of 44-07 in shot put and 145-03 in discus • three-time all-conference outside hitter and two-year captain for Alexandria volleyball • all-state and all-conference center and two-year captain for Alexandria basketball.
