2021 Cross Country • Redshirt Senior Season: Named team co-captain • named an Academic All-Big Ten honoree • opened the season with an 18th place finish at the Spiked Shoe Invite, crossing the line fifth on the team in 21:31.6 • came in 23rd overall (21:50.5) and fifth on the team in the women’s gold 6k race at the Roy Griak Invitational • placed 75th in the women’s blue 5k race at the Joe Piane Invitational (17:18.3) • at the Nuttycombe Invite, registered a 112th place finish in the women’s championship 6k race with a final time of 21:23.2 • came in 43rd at the 2021 Big Ten Championships in a time of 21:41.1 • finished 18th overall (21:13.6) and fifth on the team at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships, earning USTFCCCA All-Region honors for the effort • recorded a lifetime best 6k time at the 2021 NCAA Championships, coming across the line 172nd overall and fifth on the team in a time of 20:56.3.

2018 Cross Country • Redshirt Freshman Season: Named Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and Academic All-Big Ten • earned first letter in cross country • ran seven races, finishing among the top seven Gophers at six races • ran a career-best 5K time of 18:17 as the eighth Gopher in 67th overall at the Battle in Beantown •ran a season-best 6K time of 21:40.9 as the fifth Gopher in 92nd overall at Pre-Nationals • finished seventh on the team and 71st overall in 22:06.8 at the Big Ten Championship • finished fourth on the team and 63rd overall in 21:42.1 at the NCAA Midwest Regional • finished sixth on the team and 234th overall in 22:26.1 at the NCAA Championship.

2019 Outdoor • Redshirt Freshman Season: Named Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and Academic All-Big Ten • ran four races • ran a career-best 4:39.03 as 1,500m runner-up at the Lady Bear Twilight • ran a career-best 17:04.79 to win the 5,000m at the Hamline Invite • ran a career-best 34:45.55 to place 18th in the 10,000m at the Big Ten Championship • finished as 10,000m runner-up at the Drake Relays.

2017 Cross Country • Freshman Season: Redshirted the 2017 cross country season, racing unattached at six meets.

High School: A 2017 graduate of Wayzata High School where she competed for coaches Dave Emmans and Addy Hallen • three-sport letterwinner for the Trojans, earning six cross country letters, four Nordic skiing letters, and four track & field letters • two-year academic all-state honoree in cross country, Nordic skiing, and track & field • two-time all-conference, two-time all-section, and 2016 all-state honoree in cross country • three-time Minnesota Class AA State Cross Country Championship runner, placing 13th as a senior (18:52.5 for 5K), 54th as a junior (19:19.4 for 5K), and 47th as a sophomore (15:02.2 for 4K) • won back-to-back Minnesota Class AA State Cross Country team titles as a freshman and sophomore • helped Wayzata to four top-three Lake Conference team finishes, including back-to-back titles as a freshman and sophomore, in cross country • 2016 Lake Conference champion (5K) • two-time all-conference, two-time all-section, and 2017 all-state honoree in both 3200m and 4x800m in track & field • placed third in the 4x800m relay (9:17) and fourth in the 3200m (10:50) at the 2017 Minnesota Class AA State Track & Field Championship as a senior • member of Wayzata’s school record 4x800m relay team • owns high school personal-best marks of 2:20 for 800m, 4:59 for 1600m, 10:44 for 3200m, and 17:53 for cross country 5K • three-time all-conference and 2017 all-state honoree in Nordic skiing who was a member of Wayzata’s 2015 state championship team and 2016 state runner-up team.
