2016-17 Freshman Season: Outstanding student-athlete award recipient • earned three top-10 finishes at the Minnesota Invitational: 200-yard free (1:42.12), 500-yard free (4:41.16), and 200-yard breast (2:07.08) • improved times in the 200-yard free (1:40.72) and 200-yard breast (2:04.55) at the Jean Freeman Invitational.
High School/Club: Graduate of St. Paul’s School in Winnipeg, Manitoba • notched a time of 1:54.46 in the 200-meter free • swam the 100-meter free in 52.70 • earned provincial records in the long course 200-meter breast (2:21:00), 50-yard breast (28.96) and short course 200-meter breast (2:15.07) • named the Manitoba Male Swimmer of the Year in 2015 • was on his high school’s Gold Honor Roll from 2013-16 • swam for the Manta Swim Club under coach Tom Hainey.
