2012 • Redshirt Junior Season:Second Team All-Big Ten honoree• competed in five races for the Gophers in 2012 and factored into Minnesota[apos]s scoring in all five events• led the Gophers in two races• opened the season at the Autumn Classic, finishing 14th overall with a time of 20:36.7• paced Minnesota at the Roy Griak Invitational with an eighth-place finish• clocked a time of 25:00.2 at the Griak as Minnesota picked up its first-ever team title at the event• clocked a 24:22 at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational• led Minnesota at the Big Ten Championship, finishing 11th overall with a time of 24:09• closed out the 2012 season at the NCAA Midwest Regional, finishing 41st overall with a time of 31:17.43• letter winner.

2010 • Sophomore Season: Ran at the Roy Griak Invite (25:33.7) • crossed the line in fourth place (24:46.9) at the Jim Drews Invite • competed at the Big Ten championships and finished 54th overall with a time of 25:01.7 • Varsity Letter Winner.

At UW-Milwaukee: UW-Milwaukee[apos]s top runner in five of six meets • placed 62nd (32:40.78) at NCAA Great Lakes Region Championships • earned All-Horizon League Second Team honors by placing ninth in League Championships • 2009 Horizon League Newcomer of the Year • set the school record in the outdoor 5,000 meters (14:32.82) during the track season • the Horizon League 5,000m runner-up at the indoor meet, third outdoor.

High School: A 2009 graduate of Arrowhead High School • high school coaches were Mike Mulrooney and Mike Ray • named Classic-8 Boys Track Athlete of the Year • a state qualifier in both track and cross country • as a senior, placed 20th at the state cross country meet • ran with the state runner-up 4x800m relay at the track meet • also competed in the 1600m, taking fifth, and the 3200m, taking sixth• captain of 2009 Division I State Championship team for track in senior year.
