Competed in five meets for the Gophers, factoring into the team scoring in all five meets • set new personal records for six, eight and 10 kilometer courses • opened the season with a runner-up performance at the Oz Memorial, a new personal-best finish • his Oz time of 19:05.0 was the fastest by a Gopher at the meet since Pieter Gagnon clocked a 19:04.58 in 2009 (also finished second) • finished 21st in the Griak Invitational with a time of 25:27.1 • finished 33rd at the Big Ten Championship with a time of 24:23.1, a new eight-kilometer personal record • placed 29th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 30:25.8, a 10-kilometer personal record • Academic All-Big Ten • earned third letter.

2013 | REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE SEASON
Competed in five meets for the Gophers during the 2013, factoring into the team scoring in all five races • set a new personal 8K record at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational, crossing the finish line at 24:34 to finish 138th • also posted a new career best finish at the Big Ten meet, placing 25th with a time of 25:03.1 • opened the season at the Griak Invitational, clocking a 25:18.3 to place 55th • came in 34th at the Notre Dame Invitational with a time of 25:03.8 • closed out the season at the NCAA regional, placing 42nd with a time of 31:19.2 • Academic All-Big Ten • earned second letter.

2012 | REDSHIRT FRESHMAN SEASON
Competed in five events for the Gophers as a redshirt freshman in 2012 • made his Minnesota debut at the Autumn Classic, finishing the four-mile course in 22:00.7 to place 46th • finished 49th overall at the Griak Invitational with a time of 25:58.4 • his time of 24:50 at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational was his top eight-kilometer performance of the season • finished 51st overall at the Big Ten Championship with a time of 24:57 • closed out his season with a 46th-place performance at the NCAA Midwest Regional, crossing the finish line at 31:28.76 • Academic All-Big Ten • earned first letter.
