2015 - Redshirt Senior Season: Named Big Ten Sportsmanship Award winner and Academic All-Big Ten honoree - ran five races - ran a career-best 21:32.9 to lead the Gophers and place 14th overall in the open race at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational - finished 64th overall at the Big Ten Championship as the ninth Gopher in 21:40.7 - placed 67th overall at the Griak Invitational (22:57.4) as the sixth Gopher - placed seventh on the team and 106th overall at the Greater Louisville Classic 5K in 18:10.52 - finished 10th on the team at the season-opening Oz Memorial (23:08.0) - served as an alternate at the NCAA Midwest Regional and NCAA Championship.

2014 - Redshirt Junior Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten honoree - ran six races - placed among the top four Gophers at four meets - ran a career-best 22:16.9 as the second Gopher in fourth overall at Jack's Run - led the Gophers and finished sixth overall at Rocky's Run (23:54) - finished 18th overall and fourth on the team at the Oz Memorial 6K in 23:45.8 - was the 10th Gopher at the Griak Invitational in 23:46.8 - placed 17th overall and finished 10th for Minnesota at the SDSU Classic 5K in 18:46.85 - ran a 22:33 as the fourth Gopher in the open race at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational, finishing 70th overall.

2013 - Redshirt Sophomore Season: Raced in six meets - posted consecutive career-best times at four-straight meets beginning with the Griak Invitational (23:16.0, 21st Gopher), the Blugold Invitational (23:05.0, 10th Gopher), Neubauer Invitational (23:01.7, sixth Gopher) and Jack's Run (22:53.4, seventh Gopher) - took almost an entire minute off her time in the first two meets of the season from the Oz Memorial (24:15.7) to the Griak - finished 12th on the team at Rocky's Run (24:20).

2012 - Redshirt Freshman Season: Season-best time was 23:43.05 at the Blugold Invitational, where she finished 62nd - competed at six meets overall.

2011 - Freshman Season: Redshirted the 2011 cross country season.

High School: A 2011 graduate of Wisconsin Dells High School - high school coaches were Dean Knetter and Troy Nelson - four year letterwinner in cross country - first team all-conference all four years - team captain and MVP honors as a senior - also participated in track & field and swimming - lettered twice in swimming - member of the Central Wisconsin Wavemakers swim team - scholar athlete award recipient.

Personal: Born June 23, 1993 - completed her undergraduate degree in kinesiology and enrolled in Applied Kinesiology Master's of Education program - daughter of Tom and Catherine Swatek - mother was an All-American in track at UW-Stevens Point - has one sister named Allie - enjoys summer, swimming, being outside and playing sports.
