Marlee Elder – Director of Special Events mhein@umn.edu 612-626-6027 Marlee serves as the Director of Special Events for the Golden Gopher Fund. She is responsible for the marketing, sales and coordination of rental events ranging from conferences, fundraisers, and trade shows to weddings. Marlee also works internally with the Athletic Department on the creation and execution of donor events, alumni celebrations and team banquets. Marlee earned her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Minnesota. She worked at the stadium during her undergrad in the Operations and Events departments, after graduating in the Event Department at the U of M Foundation and thereafter in the private sector before returning to Athletics. |

Kaiti Goff – Assistant Director of Special Events kgoff@umn.edu 612-626-8032 Kaiti serves as the Assistant Director of Special Events for the Golden Gopher Fund. Her responsibilities include coordinating and executing events for the athletics department as well as rental events. She started working on campus in 2017 with Recreation and Wellness running events in the Jean K Freeman Aquatic Center. She transitioned to Special Events with the Golden Gopher Fund in 2023. Kaiti received her undergraduate degree in Sport Management from the University of South Dakota where she competed in swimming. She later earned her Master’s in Sport Management from the University of Minnesota. |
