Mission
Gopher Advocates and Allies strives to create and maintain a visible, inclusive, and welcoming culture for LGBTQ+ student-athletes, coaches, and support staff through community-building, education, and advocacy within the larger Gopher community.

Vision Statement
Gopher Advocates and Allies will assist with the education of Gopher Athletic communities at all levels such as teams, coaches, and individual athletes to understand obstacles to inclusion for LGBTQ people in the Gopher Athletics Department and how they can build inclusive communities on their teams.
