HOW THE SUBMISSION PROCESS WORKS: After purchasing you will receive a confirmation email at the address you used for your account. This email will contain a link to a Google Form to submit your photograph. KEEP THIS EMAIL READILY AVAILABLE as you will need the Account # and Confirmation # from your order. Once your photo is submitted it will be printed on a 24x30 foam core board and placed in it's designated venue!
Photo Submission Guidelines
Its All About You- No group photos - each photo should include only one individual.
- No selfies - please have someone take your photograph for you.
- Throw on your best Gopher Gear and strike a pose!
- No other NCAA or professional sports teams logos or brands will be allowed. No advertising, business, or political brands allowed.
- If you wear glasses, tilt your head slightly to avoid a glare and/or the camera flash.
- Be sure to take your photo in appropriate lighting. Make sure there are no bright lights behind you from mirrors, windows, or light fixtures.
- Make sure the photo is NOT blurry or distorted in any way.
- Locate a solid color wall, different from the color of shirt you are wearing. Sheets/Towels/Blankets can be used as a backdrop if needed.
- Maintain your privacy! Keep personal or private information out of the background.
Fan Cutouts FAQ
Will I be able to keep my fan cutout at the end of the season?
No - Gopher Athletics will not be providing Gopher Fan Cutouts to fans at the end of the season.
Can I choose which seat to place my fan cutout?
All fan cutouts will be placed in designated locations at random on a first come, first served basis. No special requests or seat selections will be accepted.
I purchased a fan cutout but have NOT submitted a photo
Check your email inbox! Each fan cutout purchase has a confirmation email sent directly to the email provided for the account. This email contains detailed information and a direct link to submit your fan cutout photo via Google Form submission. Please be sure to check your "spam" or "promotions" folder if no email arrives within 12 hours.
When/How do I submit a photo?
Purchase a fan cutout via the links above and an auto-generated email will be sent immediately following your purchase. This email will contain a link to submit your photo.
Where can I find my customer number and order number?
Customer number and order numbers are both located on your purchase confirmation email.
Are Gopher Fan Cutouts refundable?
No - All fan cutout sales are final.
Is there a limit on how many cutouts I can purchase?
There is no limit on general fan cutouts, however, we do need to limit each order to only one (1) fan cutout per transaction. If you wish to purchase multiple fan cutouts, simply complete the order process as many times as needed. Student fan cutouts are limited to a quantity of two (2) per student account.
How do I know if my photo is approved?
Gopher Athletics will only contact you if your photo is NOT approved. If you don't hear from us, you're good to go!
What happens if my fan cutout is damaged?
Gopher Athletics is not responsible for any lost or damaged fan cutouts. Damaged fan cutouts will not be replaced.

Will I receive a photo of my fan cutout in its seat?
No - Gopher Athletics will not send photos of fan cutouts in-venue.
Which Gopher Athletics venues can I purchase a Gopher Fan Cutout for?
Gopher Fan Cutouts are currently available for Maturi Pavilion only (Volleyball, Wrestling, and M&W Gymnastics). TCF Bank Stadium, 3M Arena at Mariucci, Williams Arena, and Ridder Arena are no longer accepting new orders as of January 1, 2021.
