2025 Soccer Year in Review

>> The Golden Gophers finished with a 6-8-2 record and 2-6-3 mark in the Big Ten. The three league ties matched a program record.
>> In the first home meetings with new Big Ten foes USC and UCLA, Caroline Birdsell scored with less than seven minutes to play as Minnesota beat the Trojans, 2-1. Three days later, Sarah Martin made a career-high 12 saves in the Gophers' 0-0 tie against the No. 9 Bruins.
>> Martin was named B1G Goalkeeper of Week following her performance against USC and UCLA. She finished her sophomore season with two shutouts and a 1.55 goals-against-average.
>> Junior Paige Kalal led Minnesota in scoring with five goals, three assists for 13 points.
