>> Bolstered by an NCAA Champion and first-team All-Americans, Minnesota finished in seventh place at the NCAA Championships. It was the Gophers' best team performance since 1948.
>> Kostas Zoltas became the first Gopher since 2018 to win a national title when he claimed the NCAA Hammer Throw crown. He finished his career as a four-time first-team All-American and first four-time Big Ten Champion in the event in league history.
>> After winning a Big Ten title and finishing third at nationals as a freshman, Angelos Mantzouranis finished runner-up to Zoltas at the Big Ten and NCAA Championships. Mantzouranis bested Zoltas for the NCAA West Region title.
>> For the eighth time in his 12 seasons at Minnesota, Associate Head Coach Peter Miller earned USTFCCCA Midwest Region Assistant Coach of the Year honors.
