The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to address any personal or work concern that may be affecting your wellbeing. With this confidential service, a professional counselor helps assess your situation and identify options for help, including coaching, counseling, or referrals. Carelon Work Life Services supported by Lyra (full-time benefits-eligible employees and their dependents) Get started with work-life, legal, or impactful event services on Lyra's partner site (Carelon). Experts beyond mental health are available to resolve emergencies, guide you through challenges, and help you stay on top of your busy life. Get assistance in finding dependent care, pet care, legal services, or consult with an expert on identity theft.

Medica's Family Support Navigator can help find providers and create a treatment plan for children and teens with complex behavioral health needs, like autism, eating disorders, substance use, or depression.
Coaching & Wellbeing Resources: The Wellbeing Program is available to any employee enrolled in a University medical plan and offers coaching and mindfulness resources to help manage stress and change. They also offer on-demand video fitness classes and other wellbeing information. Learn how to sign up for a Personalify Health account through the University.
Amwell Virtual Care Option (full-time benefits-eligible employees and their dependents) Amwell offers behavioral health care services including therapy and psychiatry. Eligible behavioral health services are covered as an office visit with a primary care copay.
Gender care support and services (full-time benefits-eligible employees and their dependents) Medica has dedicated Case Managers who specialize in gender care and can work with you to create a personalized care plan and find providers that meet your needs.
