2022 | RS JUNIOR Pitched in 14 games (three starts), posting a 1-4 record and a 9.00 ERA in 29.0 innings · struck out 22, walked just four batters and allowed 29 earned runs during his time on the mound. Game Highlights: Tossed 7.2 scoreless innings, allowing just three hits in a win over St. Thomas (March 1) · completed 1.2 scoreless frames against No. 12 Notre Dame in relief (March 6) · struck out a pair and allowed no earned runs vs. WIU in 1.1 innings (March 27) · went two scoreless, striking out two and allowing no hits or runs in a win over Nebraska (May 8).

2021 | SUMMER Pitched in five games, tossing 19.0 innings with the Minnesota Mud Puppies last summer · posted a 6.16 ERA, striking out eight and allowing 13 earned runs · his best outing came on July 15 against Duluth where he tossed five innings and allowed just one earned run and six hits.

2021 | RS SOPHOMORE Pitched in 11 games (11 starts) and tallied a 2-4 record with a 4.36 ERA (second on the team) · in 64.0 innings pitched, he surrendered 68 hits, including 38 runs (31 ER) · went over 5.0 innings pitched in 10 of his 11 starts, including five games of six-or-more innings pitched · struck out 43 batters and walked just 20 while allowing opposing batters to hit .271. Game Highlights: Tossed 5 2/3 innings and picked up a win over Illinois, allowing just three earned runs with three strikeouts (March 14) · picked up another win against Michigan State, striking out four and allowing three runs on 82 pitches (April 3) · in perhaps his best outing of the year, Liffrig pitched 7.0 innings of shoutout ball against Michigan, allowing just two hits while striking out eight on 101 pitches (April 17) · in Minnesota's senior day win over Purdue, Liffrig threw a season-high 8.0 innings, allowing zero earned runs and tying a season-best with eight punch outs on 97 pitches (May 30).

2020 | SUMMER Pitched for the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders of the Northwoods League · returned to the mound and fired nine innings, finishing with a 2-0 record, one save, 1.00 ERA and eight strikeouts · allowed just five hits and held opposing hitters to a .161 batting average.

2020 | RS FRESHMAN Trained with the Gophers but did not see game action in a redshirt campaign.

2019 | FRESHMAN (Utah) Took the mound in three games for the Utes • finished without a record on the season, posting a 0.90 ERA in 10.0 innings, striking out six. GAME HIGHLIGHTS: Threw a season-high 4.0 innings vs. Kansas State on Feb. 23, allowing one run on five hits while striking out four • threw 3.0 shutout innings, allowing one hit vs. Western Carolina on March 2.

WHY MINNESOTA: "I loved it when I came here on my visit. That was right before I had my surgery, so I tried to squeeze in a couple visits. When I came here, it was completely different than anything I had ever seen before, because some college baseball programs are run like a business. We get high level talent here and then we are really good at developing that talent and making that talent way better. I felt like I had a lot more room to grow and I felt like this was the place that could help me reach my potential."
