2016 - Senior Season: Notched a 13.150 on high bar vs. Penn State (1/23) - tallied a 13.900 on high bar vs. Nebraska (1/30) - earned a 13.900 on high bar vs. Canada/Iowa/Illinois/Stanford (2/13) - notched a 14.650 on high bar at Oklahoma (2/27) - scored a 14.600 on high bar vs. UIC (3/5) - competed on high bar at Iowa (3/12) - placed second on high bar (14.850) at Nebraska/Iowa (3/20) - notched a 14.050 on high bar at Big Ten Championships (4/2) - named second team All-Big Ten - tallied a 13.550 on high bar at day one of NCAA Championships (4/15) -  notched a 14.200 on high bar at day two of NCAA Championships (4/16) - earned the Gophers' Outstanding Big Ten Championship Competitor award.Â
2015 - Junior Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten honoree - appeared in all eight regular-season meets plus the Big Ten and NCAA Championships and competed on pommel horse, high bar and parallel bars - earned team high score on the high bar at the Windy City Invitational with a 14.00 (1/17) - finished second on the night vs. Illinois on high bar (14.450) (1/31) - rounded out the top five vs. Iowa on pommel horse with a 14.15 and parallel bars tallying 14.30 (3/7) - earned third varsity letter.
2014 - Sophomore Season: Academic All-Big Ten honoree and CGA Second Team All-America Scholar-Athlete - competed in seven regular-season meets in four events before being side-lined due to injury - improved season-high score on pommel horse in each of the first five meets of the season, capped by a career-high 14.050 at Iowa/Nebraska (2/15) - set career high on floor exercise with 13.900 at Air Force (2/8) - scored a 14.750 as high bar champion at Air Force (2/8) - scored season-best 14.950 on high bar and a career-best 14.500 on parallel bars against Iowa/Nebraska (2/15) - finished as high bar co-champion against Iowa/Brockport (3/8) - earned second varsity letter.
2013 - Freshman Season: Made collegiate debut at the Windy City Invitational (1/18) and competed in three events - led Minnesota to a win on the high bars (70.950, tied with Ohio State) with a 14.400 to tie for fifth - recorded a season-best 15.050 on high bar and season-best 13.650 on pommel horse at Oklahoma (2/16) - finished sixth in finals on high bar at the Big Ten Championships with a score of 14.375 - placed 10th on high bar (14.100) at NCAA Qualifier (4/19) - earned first varsity letter.
High School/Club: A graduate of Rockville High School - high bar champion at the 2011 Junior Nationals - finished fifth in the all-around and second in the high bar at the 2011 Visa Championships - participated in club competition for Tim Daggetts Gold Medal Gymnastics.
Personal: Son of Joe and Cathy DiBenedetto - has younger sister, Nicole DiBenedetto - honors student for all four years of high school - Born November 8, 1994 -Â Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences major.
