Defeated Jacob Tvinnereim by 3-2 decision inside Williams Arena against Augustana (12/1)
Earned a ranked win in his first start of the season against #33 Brevin Cassella (Binghamton)
Won the Bison Open with a 3-0 record to open the season

Went 8-4 in his first season in the Maroon & Gold at 174 pounds
Made two starts for Minnesota on the season, and earned one ranked win over a ranked opponent
Won the Last Chance Open at Iowa State with a 3-0 record
Competed in the Cliff Keen Invitational in Las Vegas, going 1-2 on the weekend
Made first career start as a Gopher against Oklahoma State, falling to #15 Dustin Plott by 4-1 decision
Won the Bison Open to open the year with a 4-0 record

BEFORE MINNESOTA:

Spent three seasons at Wisconsin and was a two-year starter for the Badgers at 174 pounds
Compiled a 13-22 career record, including 4-5 mark in 2021
Ranked as high as 15th in the country as a sophomore
Seeded 11th, finished ninth at the 2021 Big Ten Championships
Started 13 of 17 matches for Wisconsin as redshirt freshman in 2019-20
Placed ninth at 2020 conference tournament
Went 10-2 during his redshirt season in 2018-19 with titles at the Cyclone and Luther Opens

Compiled a 192-5 high school record, including a WIAA state title as a senior at 182 pounds with a 50-1 record
Four-time Wisconsin state placewinner for Waterford high school (5, 3, 3, 1)
Was the 57th-ranked high school prospect and sixth in the 182-pound weight class in the country by FloWrestling
In his sophomore campaign he became a Cadet Folkstyle national champion, Cadet Freestyle state champ, and finished third at FloNationals
