Adam Weber is in his second year as an offensive graduate assistant in 2016. He works primarily with the quarterbacks.

Weber, who has a degree from Minnesota and played quarterback for the Gophers from 2007-10, returned to his alma mater after professional stints with the NFL’s Denver Broncos and Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the CFL’s Saskatchewan Roughriders.

Weber is Minnesota’s all-time leading passer with 10,917 career yards. He owns Minnesota records for touchdowns in season (24 in 2007) and career (72) as well as attempts in a season (449 in 2007) and career (1,594) and completions in a season (258 in 2008) and career (909).

Weber, who started a quarterback record 50 games at Minnesota, passed for 250 yards or more a school-record 14 times. He also had six 300-yard passing games and one 400-yard passing game.

Weber also owns a Big Ten record for most career offensive plays (1,992) and is second in conference history in career yards gained with 11,790. He is third in career attempts (1,594) and is fourth in career completions (909). Weber is one of only five Big Ten quarterbacks to pass for more than 10,000 career yards and ranks third in the league history books with 10,917 yards. His 72 career touchdowns place him fourth all time in the Big Ten.
