2015 • SENIOR?SEASON: Played in 12 games and started one • made 22 tackles (15 solo), including 2.5 tackles-for-loss • recorded two pass breakups. Game-by-Game:  Saw action against TCU and at Ohio State, but did not record any statistics • registered two tackles at Colorado State • made five tackles, including 1.0 behind the line of scrimmage, and added two pass breakups versus Kent State • totaled four tackles, including 1.0 tackle for loss, against Ohio • recorded a tackle at Northwestern • tallied one tackle at Purdue • notched a solo tackle versus Michigan • registered two tackles at Iowa • made a tackle at defensive end versus Illinois • notched four tackles (three solo), including .5 behind the line of the scrimmage, against Wisconsin • recorded one solo tackle versus Central Michigan.

2013 • SOPHOMORE SEASON: Played in 12 games, missing only the Western Illinois game • registered 24 tackles, including 5.0 tackles-for-loss and 2.0 sacks • broke up one pass. Game-by-Game: Played against UNLV and made three solo tackles, which included two tackles-for-loss and one sack for a loss of 11 yards • made four tackles at New Mexico State • assisted on three tackles against San Jose State • saw action against Iowa and at Michigan • made two solo tackles at Northwestern • recorded two tackles, including one sack against Nebraska • competed at Indiana • made three tackles against Penn State • totaled three solo tackles against Wisconsin • registered two tackles at Michigan State and against Syracuse

Game-by-Game: Made his Minnesota and collegiate debut at UNLV and recorded one tackle • saw action against New Hampshire and made two solo tackles • had one tackle against Syracuse and at Iowa • made two solo tackles at Wisconsin • had two tackles and assisted on one sack at Illinois • made three solo tackles at Nebraska and recovered a fumble • had two solo tackles, including one sack, against Michigan State • assisted on one tackle vs. Texas Tech.

HIGH?SCHOOL: Attended Hickman High School • led team to its first state playoff berth since 2004 as a senior • earned Class 6A First-Team All-State honors following the 2011 season • also an all-district selection following his senior year • second-team all-state selection as a junior • recorded 67 total tackles, including 22 tackles-for-loss and 12.5 sacks as a senior • forced five fumbles and recovered four loose balls in 2011 • saw action as a tight end/wide receiver as well during his senior season, catching five touchdown passes • had 75 tackles, 7.5 sacks, four blocked kicks and three forced fumbles as a junior • coached by Arnel Munroe.
