AJ Barrett joined the University of Minnesota in June 2021. He is the Recruiting Intern for Gopher Football.
Barrett comes to Minnesota after serving as a Social Media Intern for Pulse, where he managed a professional presence on various social media platforms and executed photography assignments for social media campaigns.
Prior to his time at Pulse, Barrett started his photography career as the Team Photographer and Photography Manager at Bethel University. With the Royals, Barrett managed all photography for the 18 varsity teams and photographed events, headshots, article covers, landscapes, architecture and student activities in and out of the classroom. In addition, Barrett published work in the Bethel Newspaper which is sent out to alumni and students across the nation.
Barrett graduated from Bethel University with a bachelor’s degree in business marketing and finance.
