OVERVIEW: Cosgrove was diagnosed with leukemia in 2010, which ended his football playing career. Since his diagnosis, he has remained an inspirational member of the team and has devoted time to charitable organizations like St. Baldrick[apos]s Foundation, Be The Match and Relay For Life. Cosgrove received the team[apos]s Tony Dungy Character and Community Service Award in 2012. He was also honored with the 2013 Courage Award from the Minnesota Chapter of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame.

PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Did not see action in freshman season at St. Cloud State University.

HIGH SCHOOL: Leading receiver of 2008 Edgewood High School (Wis.) football team • two-year football letterwinner, one-year baseball letterwinner • 2008 all-star state selection • high school coach was Al Minnaert • 2008 Academic All-State selection • 2008 All-City selection.
