PRONUNCIATION

2025 • FRESHMAN SEASON: Made his Minnesota and collegiate debut against Northwestern State and made two extra points and kicked off three times. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Alexandria Area High School in Alexandria, Minnesota • wore No. 9 for the Cardinals and was coached by Michael Empting  • finished career with 195 points (21 field goals and 132 point-after attempts) • as a senior, helped lead the Cardinals to a state runner-up • kicked off 81 times (70 touchbacks) for an average of 59.4 • made 63-of-64 point-after attempts and made 5-of-12 field goals • made a 44-yard field goal in the Class AAAAA state championship games, which was a Prep Bowl record (previous record was set in 1996 by Blaine’s Brian Smiddle, who made a 43-yarder) • made a 54-yard field goal against Chaska, which is tied for the second-long made field goal in Minnesota State High School League history (tied with Centennial’s Ken Johnson who made a 54-yarder in 1995 and is behind Climax-Fisher's Fabian Klienschumacher who made a 57-yarder in 2003) • punted 25 times and tied his career long with a  57-yarder • as a junior, made 11-of-15 field goals with a long of 52 yards and connected on 44-of-46 point-after attempts • kicked off 73 times (60 touchbacks) for an average of 59.5 yards and punted 29 times • as a sophomore, made 5-of-10 field goals (long of 53 yards) and 23-of-26 point after attempts • kicked off 42 times (33 touchbacks) and averaged 59.1 yards and punted 17 times • as a freshman, kicked off 62 times (18 touchbacks) and averaged 54.8 yards • punted 18 times, witch a 57-yarder • made both of his point-after attempts • also competed in track and field • member of the Class AA state championship relay teams in the 4x200 (1:26.91) and 4x100 (41.74s) • finished fourth in the 100m at state with a time of 10.91s (personal record in the event was 10.65s) • rated as a three-star prospect by ESPN • ranked as the No. 29 kicker in the nation and as the No. 11 player in Minnesota by ESPN.  

PERSONAL: Son of Craig and Angela Jackson • has two brothers (Isaiah and Levi) and two sisters (Kaia and Meili) • grandfather, Bill Strasser, played basketball and competed in track and field (high jump) at Minot State • grandmother, Val Strasser, competed in track and field at Minot State • aunt, Tracy Lee (Stasser) played college basketball at Bottineau College • uncle, Nick Lee, played college basketball at Bottineau College • aunt Shayla Sinclair (Strasser) competed in track and field at Minot State • uncle, Trevor Sinclair, competed in track and field at Minot State.
