2018 • SENIOR SEASON: Played in all 13 games  named First Team Academic All-American and earned Academic All-Big Ten honors. Game-by-Game: Made one tackle in a start against New Mexico State • started against Fresno State • made one tackle against Miami • notched one tackle against Maryland • recorded three tackles including one for a loss against Iowa • notched one tackle against Ohio State • made one tackle against Nebraska • recovered fumble that sealed a win against Indiana on top of recording a season high five tackles and one tackle for loss • competed at Illinois • registered two tackles against Purdue • tallied a career high six tackles including one for a loss against Northwestern • recorded three tackles including 1.5 for loss and a half a sack against Wisconsin • notched two tackles in Quick Lane Bowl victory over Georgia Tech.

2015: Redshirted • shared Defensive Work Team Player of the Year honors with Winston DeLattiboudere. 

2014 • FRESHMAN SEASON: Played in four games and made two tackles. Game-by-Game: Made his Minnesota and collegiate debut against Middle Tennessee where he saw action on special teams and defense • played at TCU • notched his first career tackle against San Jose State • made one tackle against Iowa.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Murphy High School • team was 6-5 during his senior season • recorded 57 tackles, 18 of which were solo stops • notched 1.5 sacks • caused two fumbles and recovered one fumble • recorded 81 tackles (28 solo) during his high school career • also made two catches for 25 yards, while playing tight end in high school • coached by Ronn Lee • ESPN and 247Sports ranked him as a three-star prospect, while Rivals gave him two stars • ESPN listed him as the 45th-best player in Alabama and as the 102nd defensive tackle in the nation • 247Sports had him as the No. 58 recruit in Alabama and as the 107th defensive tackle in the nation.
