HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Ellsworth High School in Ellsworth, Wisconsin • wore No. 18 for the Panthers and was coached by Rob Heller • as a senior, named all-state at outside linebacker, all-region at both tight end and outside linebacker, and all-conference at both tight end and defensive end • helped the Panthers to a conference title in 2022 • consensus three-star recruit • ranked by ESPN as the No. 55 tight end in the class and by On3 as the No. 12 player from the state of Wisconsin • earned all-conference honors in basketball and also competed in baseball and track and field • garnered Academic All-State honors and was a member of the National Honors Society.
