PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Played two seasons at Rochester Community and Technical College and was named First Team All-Division in 2012 (team was 10-1) and 2013 (team was 10-2) • played quarterback, running back and receiver at RCTC • as a sophomore he completed 2-of-4 passes on the season for 26 yards, while finishing third on the team in rushing with 77 carries for 502 yards and four touchdowns • second on the team in receiving after hauling in 32 passes for 303 yards and one touchdown • finished second on the team with 805 all-purpose yards in 11 games played • coached by Bill Quistorff • also lettered in baseball.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2012 graduate of John Marshall High School in Rochester, Minn. • was a three-year starter at quarterback, a three-time Big Nine All-Conference selection and a two-time team captain • received 2011 All-State Honorable Mention and also holds multiple weight room records • coached by Jack Drews • also lettered in baseball.
