PREVIOUS COLLEGE EXPERIENCE: Spent three seasons at Iowa Western, which included a redshirt season his first year - named NJCAA First Team All-American after recording 70 tackles and 7.5 sacks as a sophomore - also had 19 tackles-for-loss, forced one fumble and broke up one pass - as a freshman, totaled 52 tackles, 10.5 tackles-for-loss, five sacks, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and one interception - ranked as a three-star transfer prospect by ESPN, Scout and 247Sports, while Rivals game him two stars - enrolled at Minnesota in January 2016.Â
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2013 graduate of Althoff Catholic High School in Belleville, Ill. - as a senior, notched 87 tackles, 21 tackles-for-loss and also scored two touchdowns as the Crusaders were the Class 2A state runners-up - named All-Metro - racked up 65 tackles, 13 tackles-for-loss, two sacks and two fumble recoveries as a junior.
